RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

     While we take pride in every Camelia product, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will assist you in an exchange or return.  Camelia  Boutique gladly accepts unworn or defective full-priced merchandise within 7 days of order arrival.  Original receipt and tags must be attached.  Shipping charges cannot be refunded.  Please note that if items are returned on a free shipping order you may be subject to the original shipping fee being deducted from the total amount of the refund.  Defective merchandise must be reported via email within 24 hours of order arrival.  International orders are final sale.  Please note sale merchandise, bodysuits, intimates, accessories and all items used with a promo code are final sale.  

       Please complete the Return Form included in your original shipment and enclose it with the item(s) in its original packaging (if possible).  Ship return packages to address listed below.  Packages must be returned prepaid.  Please use a shipping method that allows delivery confirmation and tracking services.  We are not responsible for items lost in the mail.  Please allow up to 10 business days for return processing.  All refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment.  You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account with a confirmation.

     At this time, we cannot offer direct exchanges.  If you would like to exchange an item please follow the return instructions/policy.  Place a new order online for the correct item.  Once you have done so, please email us at info@cameliaboutique.com with your order information.  Once we have confirmation of your newly placed order online we will issue a refund for the shipping charges when we receive your returned item to the original form of payment.
